Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping. As we are working to decrease the price of shipping, during the summer months, we have to add a cooler pack to help with prevent your items from melting which increases this price. This is only a preventative method that we take, and it is no guarantee that it will stop your product from melting.
Policies & Returns
Due to keeping ourselves safe and the wellbeing of our clients, products and team members, we have a NO RETURN & ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy in place on all items that are beauty (any of our shea butters, lip balms & scrubs, bath salts, hair & body oil, facial & body products are considered beauty ) or that can be consumed ( such as any of our teas, herb blends of any kind, leaves are considered consumable). All candle sales are final.
For any reason if you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase outside of beauty and consumable products (read above), you may return it within 15 days of your order for a full refund or exchange. However, if we don't have the size available for your exchange request we will issue a full refund. We do not offer store credit and we do not offer gift cards. We must receive the return within 15 days from the date of purchase. If received after 15 days, we will reach out to arrange for the product to be returned back to the customer.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shea Butters
During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. We advise that you keep track of your delivery and retrieve it as soon as possible. Again, this product is not meant to sit in warm weather conditions and we cannot be responsible for melting.
Scented Items
If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, we do advise you to go to the nearest doctor, hospital, urgent care for treatment. Please discontinue use. All of our products are naturally made, however, often times our soul family might not be aware of what they are allergic to. For this reason we cannot be held responsible for any breakouts, rashes, or swelling that may occur.
